Breathe



The basic function of life is breathing, that's how we know we are alive. For healthy mind and body, it is advised to take deep breaths. American Institute of Stress says the best stress buster is breathing, focused breathing.

But do you know what are we breathing? Do you know how much polluted this air is? Mumbai’s PM10 levels, pollutants arising from dust pollution, has increased by 64 per cent over 10 years. These fine dust particles can easily enter the lungs causing health and breathing issues. Is science telling us to breathe, or not to breathe? Breathe in this air, is it even air or just pollution?
